Oh, zucchini is delicious :) I cut it up in squares, steam it and add just a little salt-- yum... Hey, that actually sounds GOOD... too bad I don't have any zucchini. But if I sent Mike to the store for zucchini I'm pretty sure he'd bring home a cucumber... :)
HAHAHAHAHA I laughed so hard when I saw this. I love to saute thin zucchini rounds in a pan with a little bit of olive oil and sea salt. After a while, they become caramelized and brown, just like onions. Yum!
Yum yum, stir fry here we come. Slice up some chicken and add Ms. Dash and you have a pretty regular supper in our house. Hey, at least he came back with a veggie. My hubby just brings back sodas and potato chips lol.
How blessed we are to have hubbies that will run errands for us! It can be quite interesting what they bring home at times. I've asked my dh to pick up a few things today on his way home from hockey with Joey...I don't THINK he can mess up the list I gave him, the only thing that isn't labeled is grapes and bananas, I HOPE he can figure those out...if not, boy do I have troubles, lol ;oD
And you know what, even when they plant their own garden, they can't get it right. My husband told me a few years ago "Look how great my watermelon are doing" Um it was zucchini.
How funny!
ReplyDeleteLOL is that zucchini? I really have no room to laugh since I don't know a lot of produce, but I do think I could find a cucumber. LOL
ReplyDeleteYes, it's zuchini. They try so hard don't they? So I guess I'm making chicken and zuchini stew tonight. I sure do love that guy!
