John called when I was out running errands the other day and asked me to go by Walgreens to pick up a photo. For the life of me I couldn't figure out why he'd be printing photos. He NEVER even takes photos, let alone prints them!

I started cracking up when I opened the envelope and saw this 8x10 collage looking up at me. I wonder what the photo lab workers thought about this!

As you saw in my previous post, Joseph is having some behavior problems at school. John thought he'd help Joseph succeed with Dad's omnipresence in the classroom and a proverbial carrot to dangle in front of his nose for good behavior. :)

P.S. No comment as to whether this did the trick or not.

hahaha! :) that is awesome! :) last year at the school i work at, we had a boy who liked to throw fits! He was almost 9!! So, our SpEd teacher printed out a picture of a baby screaming and throwing a fit. Then she printed out a picture of this kid looking very grown and handsome. She hung them both up and asked him often which one he wanted to look like! It worked! :) Hoping this does. But if I were Joseph, I don't think I could take this seriously!! :)

This is so cute...I love it!
Charissa, don't allow these comments to steal your joy. Anyone that knows you and your family knows that you-all 'love outside the box' and your love knows no boundaries. Isn't that what God wants from all of us?
Love you all,
Aunt Sharon

That is funny!!

Last year Max's SpEd teacher asked me to email her pictures of me doing almost the same thing. One picture of me happy and the other not so happy!

Hoping it will work for him.

I was telling Kate (elder daughter, home for a visit from Jordan) about this post-- we agree, John is just so sweet. I reminded her about his sweetness with his gift of the yellow dress, and she is in awe of your husband. Me too. Love with a side dish of funny.
