I have 2 labradoodles. Is this little one a 'doodle'. (Golden? Lab?)

Such a sweet face and the kids look very happy.

Jan and Leah, the guy said it's a cross between both. A "Double Doodle".

Looks like a a first generation labradoodle to me. Meaning it's mom was either a lab or poodle and it's dad was the other. Just because of it's hair, I'd say that. But a cross between 2 first generation labradoodles would likely produce the same hair. So, YAY DOUBLE DOODLE.

Is it a boy or girl?

Cute, Cute, Cute!

I meant to say it was a cross between a labradoodle and a goldendoodle. Is that what you meant? I have NO idea but it was free and he is healthy and sweet. That's all that matters to me!

OH wow. Golden and a Lab doodle cross. Got it. Still bet they were both 1st generation doodles as his hair is not super curly. YOu usually don't get the non-shedding curlier hair until you cross them back to a poodle.

The whole idea behind doodles was to make a non-allergenic service dog. Poodles don't shed and labs and goldens are both good service dog. So you're trying to get the personality and build of the lab or golden with the hair of the poodle. It's a good mix. He'll be a great Urban!
