For the past two weeks I've been trying to act like everything is fine and dandy on this blog, but the truth is we are facing some pretty major obstacles right now related to our adoption. Spiritual warfare like I have never experienced. We could really use some prayers. Please pray for peace and wisdom, clear answers, and particularly for safety and justice for our kids. I cannot give details right now, but praying that this week brings some clear answers and some very good news. Thank you for believing this with us.

I am praying for the path to be cleared so you can move forward towards bringing your family home.

Oh my goodness, friend--I am standing with you and trusting that EVERY mountain that stands before you will be MOVED in the name of Jesus! That God will make a way through the craziness.
Please keep us updated.

Praying for wisdom and discernment. Praying that God's will will be accomplished in and through this. Pray that peace will surround you through this storm. Hang on to the one who led you through the door to adopt those kids and don't let go. He knows what is best for them.

I suspected as much. If you need to 'talk' just shoot me an email.

Hope you get your answers this week!

PRAYING for you and everyone involved. The best way to know you are following God's plan is when all HELL breaks loose to prevent you from doing so! "The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear Him and delivers them." Psalm 34:7

Wow. After being in the adoption process for five years now, and reading everyone's blogs and information for almost three years now, it never ceases to amaze me how many obstacles are put in the path of those that are called to adopt. But, I realize all of the challenges prior to our adoption being completed in February were put there to prepare me for all of the challenges I've had since then! Best of luck to you.

Praying for you guys, for the kids, for the entire situation. May God make the rough places smooth (Isaiah 45:2), and may He give you a peace that is beyond understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We will have you and your whole family in our prayers. You are truly blessed with the family that you have and god will take care of you. :) Feel free to come and sit with Nikki and I at the soccer games, we see you there all the time but you are always at the other end..lol We have actually met before back when Simmion first started. See you soon! And god bless you....

That was me that made the last comment, didn't mean for it to be anonymous! :) Sorry

Oh man. I am so sorry. Isn't it funny how sometimes we don't want to share the "goo" of adoption for fear we might scare someone off that's been called to this? At least that's how I feel sometimes. So glad you shared. We will be praying. Although we've had our fair share of road blocks, I won't say that I understand...because I have no clue. But I know someone who does! Praying that you feel held by Him now!

Charissa,

I just saw this post, but I am praying now (that's what I get for only checking blogs on the weekends.) You are in my thoughts and more importantly my prayers. God gives His wisdom to those who ask. He also can turn the mountains into roads (Is. 49.) Praying for you.
