Not too long ago Ava figured out that it wouldn't be the end of the world if she bore weight on her legs. Then just the other day, after a couple of demonstrations from the kids, she realized it would be OK if she alternated them in a walking position. I realize she is still far from walking on her own, but she is so proud of herself for this pretend walking, that I just had to share it. I can't help but think of Kermit the Frog or Elmo, as her legs are still so floppy. We just watched Wallace and Gromit and the Were Rabbit over the weekend, and it was still fresh in John's mind as we all watched her exaggerated leg movements. If you've seen the movie you know why I started cracking up when John said, "Were Rabbit". Great progress for this little girl who wouldn't even put her feet down on the floor a few months ago. Don't you think? And at the end you'll see how she loves on her baby dolls. Thank you Heather and Virginia Glenn for this precious gift that Ava adores!

How cute! She'll be walking before you know it!
Miss Ava looks like she's gained some weight. How big is she now?

I wish you wouldn't post that stuff, just gives them another opportunity for promotion.

Leave them to their evilness

Charissa-
Did Ava kiss the baby at the end - or was it just the way she was holding it?
