The irony of it

I find it a bit ironic that I am dragging my children all over town to make photocopies, getting things notarized, letting them watch TV for hours, so that I can work on adoption paperwork and phone calls to prove that I am a fit parent worthy of adopting.

Anyone else find this concept fascinating?

We are in the process of adopting "Nick" through RR, and I have been thinking the exact same thing!!
Fast food, lots of television, dragging 5 children in and out of the car and all over town does not add up to my finest parenting moments!

I feel for all of you, i am not adopting (yet) but hopefully someday. All of you that are, are truly amazing people! I am sure once you get your child home the rest of your children will never realise you missed a beat! Keep up the good work Charissa and all you fellow rowers :)

Girl, you are not the only one! I thought that a lot when doing stuff for the adoption. But just think about if you were preggers and the things you would have to do there (dr.s visits, bedrest, etc). Can't wait to see God knit your family together yet again!

It isn't hard at all to start making money online in the undercover world of clickbank blackhat, It's not a big surprise if you don't know what blackhat is. Blackhat marketing uses alternative or little-understood ways to build an income online.

Yes. My thought, though, was I've raised three kids and you wait till now to check whether or not I am an acceptable parent?! They're all still alive, aren't they?!

Ha! I thought that exact thing, too. Glad to be this side of it now. By the way, your goat post below really cracked me up.
