Can we come over for a salad treat? Your garden looks delicious!!
Does sometime in July work for you???
Hello! HELLO! I feel like we are long lost soul mates. I mean just with our shared passion for children. I would give anything to just sit and chat and share coffee and thoughts. I am already researching for you about your question regarding bigger families. That's a great idea to do a post on how you can adopt in OK. We started our blog first because we are trying to amend a law regarding relinquishing rights when placing a child for adoption, but it turned into much more. We really and truly want to be a safe place for promoting OK adoption and foster care. Not that we have anything against international, but we know nothing about it. BTW, those pictures are beautiful. I am so jealous as I cannot keep anything alive unless it can cry at me or tell me it needs food and water! HA!
Cammie, Yes! I want to meet your sweet kids! Molly, come bring your adorable kiddos for a playdate. Seriously. I want to meet you!
Do I get invited to the playdate with Molly???!!
you're teasing me!
So, we are usually free on Weds and Fridays. FYI. Looks like some yummy garden treats. Basil looked delicious.
Yum! I have read your blog for a long time now, but first time commenting, I think...lol anyways, how do you keep pests away from your garden? granted we live in the city, but we are growing zucchini and tomatoes and we had 5 tomatoes and we are down to 2 and a dead plant because of squirrels, and now there are holes in the leaves on the zucchini plants...any tips? you have a beautiful garden!! :)
Ashley,Thanks for commenting. Actually I have no idea about the bugs. I just don't think the bugs have hit here yet. John and the kids take care of most of the gardening. I just help pull weeds periodically. But I think they're doing a great job, whatever they are doing!
ME! ME! INVITE ME!!!! Gotta set up that play date. Rachel (and her excited kids)
Holy Cow!!Heck yeah! We'll be right over!!
SO jealous! I don't have near the spread! LOL! Wish I lived closer, but maybe you could grace us with some recipes now and then?? They all sound so yummy!
Tell Ashley to plant Marigolds between her tomato plants. ;o)We have some fresh basil in our garden, and I found this insanely amazing bruschetta recipe that will pair nicely with the fresh tomatoes, onions and basil! I need to learn to grow garlic!Well...our gardden in puny compared to yours, but it's about as much as I can hanldle!
It might be a long drive from California, but I know the kids would LOVE it...So would I!
