Charissa,
I mentioned this situation to Mr. Frank at LLH this morning. He wanted to be sure the family is aware of Downside Up, an organization in Moscow that advocates for children with Down Syndrome in Russia. I tried to leave a comment on their blog, but I don't think it worked. Do you know this family?? The link to Downside Up's website is
