Too cute! Your new home is gorgeous! I'm so jealous! BTW I finally have a video of Addy on my blog, the lighting is horrible but you can hear her sweet giggle!

Wow! She looks amazingly BIGGER. When did she get so stiff and child like? It seems like only yesterday she was a baby herself.
Oh and I Looove your new house! It is almost my dream home, but, it’s in the wrong state for me… Congratulations! And thank you for sharing the blog address with us all.

Ava and I have alot in common.  I pick up my baby nieces and lick them on the head too!  Actually, Ava is the delicious one.  Every video makes me want to squeeze her, she's so sweet!

Your new house looks beautiful, and is so roomy for your family! What good times you all are going to have there.

And Ava is applying the sign for "baby" to both real babies AND to the baby doll! This is huge - it shows that Ava recognizes that the doll represents a real baby, and she's using the same term for both. This is a BIG step in both intellectual and language development, and is so encouraging for her ongoing progress. I love Ava's expressive little face and her exuberance - you can just see her thinking, "BABY!! That's my BABY!! Gonna kiss baby, gonna rock baby; that's my BABY!!"

Sister Hope is so sweet with Ava, too, showing her how to gently rock the dolly - what a great role model! Ava's siblings are certainly some of her best teachers.

New house, new signs, new blog, new season - just so many good changes and happy things seem to be coinciding for your family - thanks so much for sharing them.

Best wishes,
Susan in Ky

Yea you got it. OMGosh that was so Mercede. I showed my mother a video of Ava the other day and she was shocked at how much she reminds us of Mercede when she was little. Just hoping Ava doesn't grow up to be as ornery but I actually think she may be worst, since she has even more people to spoil her than Mercede did.

I love it that she did it on command, with the camera rolling and everything! We miss her terribly - thank goodness it is September and you will be back with us soon! I also, cannot believe how little stuff is on the floor in the video (not that there usually is, but you just moved in - where are the millions of boxes and not quite unpacked things, and things unpacked by helpers and left laying around - I am impressed!) Love the "E"....we've had several that looked very similar!

Welcome home! I hope you are settling in. There is always so much to do to get unpacked and organized. It must be much more difficult to do with a cardboard aversion!

Here's my new (and first!) blog, in case you want to visit.

So nice to see her sign baby. She is really growing. She looks like she has gained some weight!
